Curriculum

At Haven Early Learning Centre, we embrace a child-led, play-based approach that is deeply connected to the world around us. Our curriculum follows Te Whāriki, New Zealand’s early childhood education framework, ensuring a holistic and enriching learning experience that nurtures curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

We recognise that every child is unique, which is why we develop individual learning plans tailored to their interests, strengths, and developmental needs. Our Kaiako (teachers) take the time to observe, listen, and support children in their discoveries - encouraging independence, creativity, and problem-solving skills along the way.
